Please update your instruction sheet sent with the codes. I give two stars only because the numbers themselves were correct, but the numbers don't do much good without proper instructions on how to enter the code with all of the characters needed. I have now unlocked my phone (thank goodness!) only by searching elsewhere. Not the best customer service considering the instructions were wrong! When I first wrote to explain that the code didn't work, I was answered with what I had to do to get a refund. I only found out the correct way by looking elsewhere on the internet. NOT that I had to enter them around my code numbers for my phone model! This could have caused my phone to be hard-locked as I WAS following the instructions given which essentially were WRONG.
I was only sent the numbers with mention of PW+ etc at the bottom of the page only explaining how to enter these on the keypad. There was no instruction for format of the code sent in the way of #PW+CODE+1# It might seem simple to someone who is familiar with entering code, but certainly wasn't simple to me having no knowledge of it whatever before ordering. I have no experience with unlocking phones, and the instructions sent were not at ALL complete. If this is the case, you will have to use a software that we will provide you which will require a USB cable.Not very happy at all. If you get the message “Not allowed”, “Phone Restriction” or “Hard locked” after you inserted the unlock code, it means that you have tried for many times to unlock it by inserting an incorrect code!. Note 1: Please make sure you have a USB cable before placing your order if have ever tried before to unlock your handset. We will not make any refunds to you if you place a wrong order by not fulfilling the requirements mentioned above! The reason is because we support the cost for each IMEI we try to unlock! Choose the original country and operator of your device and – not the one you wish to use after the unlock process!
(Find the IMEI by dialing *#06# on your phone or by checking the sticker underneath the battery) The IMEI is a 15 or 16 digit number and is unique.Ģ. Before placing an order for an unlock code please make sure you send us the correct information!ġ.Send us the correct IMEI.
